It's been brought to our attention that there aren't many photos of the Pantheon Theatre in existence (see illustration of front that we posted earlier today). The Library of Congress has a great one that's worth sharing; the perspective is Sheridan, looking north from Wilson. The theatre is on the left.

What is the original URL to that photo on LOC?
Charles--Clicking on the image takes you to where it is stored on the LOC site. I'm not sure what the URL for the full page is; I had downloaded it years ago from the digital archives.
Thanks for the reply Joanne. I was thinking it would be nice to get a copy of the original from the LOC so we could have a much higher resolution copy, but I can't seem to find it on the LOC site at all - that's why I was wondering if you still had the URL.

I did some poking around. It looks like they've changed the search abilities at the LOC, and the Chicago Daily News items aren't coming up in the general photos search. I had to go to that archive directly, and found it here:
