Uptown Good Housekeeping Code
This was sent in by a reader. It was found in a basement workroom in a home in the Lakewood Balmoral Historic District (whose boundaries are roughly Broadway, Foster, Bryn Mawr, and Glenwood). It doesn't have a date, but it looks like it's been around for a while. Click on image for full-size view.

This is great, and with a couple of minor updates should be the pledge of homeowners and rental managers in every neighborhood.
