Moving Day at the Edgewater Beach Hotel, 1967
What a sad day it was in Uptown when the elegant Edgewater Beach Hotel closed its doors. Older residents of the neighborhood still speak fondly of dancing under the stars and swimming in the cool waters of the lake. We won't see its like again!
